FIRE CAULK-136: An economical noncombustible material used to fill the annular space around wires, pipes, ducts, and other mechanical penetrating items in steel and wood-framed single family residential construction. Fire Caulk is tested to ASTM-E136 standard for non-combustibility and fulfills fireblocking requirements for resuming the integrity of non-rated penetrations through top plates and ceiling and floor openings. FLAME GUARD-814: Flame Guard-814 is an economical noncombustible, non-intumescent commercial firestopping sealant designed for use in 1 & 2 hour fire-rated concrete floor and wall assemblies. Flame Guard-814 is tested to ASTM-E814/UL1479 for use around metallic pipe and conduit, a variety of non-metallic cables, and open voids. FIRESTOP-814+: Firestop-814+ Intumescent Latex Firestop Sealant is to be applied to "Through Penetration" firestop systems in 1 and 2 hour fire rated wall and floor separations. Firestop-814+ is a highly flexible and versatile firestopping sealant, making it ideal for use in single and multi-family residential construction as well as commercial floor and wall fire rated systems. Firestop-814+ conforms to ASTM E-814 (UL 1479) standards for commercial firestop applications. Firestop-814+ meets the criteria for fire, smoke and draftstop requirements prescribed in all model building codes. Available in 10 oz. tubes, 29 oz. tubes and 5 gallon pails. 100% SILICONE: RTV 100% Silicone Adhesive Sealant is a one component material which cures to a tough rubbery solid when exposed to moisture in the air. Since it will not flow of its own weight, this sealant can be applied overhead or on sidewall joints and surfaces without sagging, slumping or running off. It will adhere to clean metal, glass, most types of wood, silicone resins, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramic, natural and synthetic fiber, as well as painted and many plastic surfaces. 100% Silicone has good resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone and extreme temperatures. It may be applied in sub-zero weather without loss of extrusion or physical property characteristics. Available in 10 oz. tubes (Not a Firestop). Available in clear and white. Additional colors available upon specific request. |

THERMAL SEAL: Thermal Seal Acrylic Latex with Silicone Caulk provides a long lasting thermal and moisture protective seal between most building materials including wood, masonry, concrete, brick, drywall, metal and glass. Unlike most white latex caulks, Thermal Seal contains silicone and has up to a 45 year durability, excellent adhesion and is mildew resistant. Thermal Seal meets or exceeds ASTM C-834. HI TEMP RED ACETOXY SILICONE SEALANT: Hi Temp Silicone is a one-part, non-slumping temperature resistant silicone adhesive sealant designed for sealing and bonding applications with continuous exposure to temperature ranges of -85 degree F to 500 degree F and intermittent exposure up to 600 degree F. It cures to a durable silicone rubber and adheres to substrates such as glass, wood, porcelain, ceramics, painted surfaces, and a variety of plastics, metals, and rubbers. Hi Temp Silicone properties make it suitable for sealing stove and furnace vent pipes, sealing and encapsulating heating elements in appliances, moving oven belts, industrial ovens, bag filters on smoke stacks, and many other critical bonding, gasketing, and sealing where parts must perform at high temperatures. Hi Temp Silicone is available in 10.3 oz. cartridges, 1 gallon and 5 gallon pails. Available in Red. |
